Recently, the driverless logistics vehicle project of Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co., Ltd. has been officially launched. Multiple intelligent driverless vehicles have been put into regular operation, shuttling between the Shangji production plant and the company headquarters to transport core materials. This marks a major milestone in Rebecca's digital and intelligent transformation, ushering its factory logistics into an unmanned and smart era. As a global leader in the hair products industry, Rebecca has long advanced digital upgrading and achieved multiple breakthroughs in embodied artificial intelligence. The newly deployed driverless vehicles have passed rigorous scenario tests and commissioning. Capable of autonomous navigation, intelligent obstacle avoidance, precise docking and all-weather operation, they require no manual control, ensuring safe and efficient material transportation. Previously, material delivery between the two sites relied entirely on manual labor, featuring high costs and low efficiency. The adoption of driverless vehicles cuts operational costs by 50%, doubling transport cost-effectiveness. Supporting non-stop round-the-clock service, the vehicles greatly shorten material turnover cycles and stabilize production supply. The project serves as a solid practice of the company's intelligent transformation strategy and a key driver for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. According to company officials, this is just the starting point. Rebecca will further deepen digital upgrading, expand application scenarios for driverless logistics equipment, and integrate logistics deeply with production and management. It aims to set a benchmark model for intelligent supply chain development across the hair products sector.
