Relying on over 50 years of industrial accumulation, Juancheng has built a complete industrial chain covering "raw material procurement - primary processing - deep processing - finished product sales", gathering more than 1,500 hair product enterprises. From January to July 2025, there were 111 large-scale enterprises, achieving an industrial output value of 4.168 billion yuan and an import and export volume of 2.029 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.75%. Its core advantage is prominent: the hair extension products produced account for 70% of the global market and 90% of the national market, and high-end human hair products are renowned internationally. Industrial development takes parks as carriers, with three major hair product industrial parks built, housing over 130 enterprises, supporting facilities such as cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service centers and bonded warehouses to realize full-chain collaboration of raw material import, bonded services and e-commerce consignment. Taking cross-border e-commerce as a breakthrough, nearly 200 enterprises have laid out on platforms such as Alibaba International Station and TikTok, acquiring customers through social video marketing, with some brands achieving daily sales of 2,000 orders. Aiming at brand going global, 20 enterprises have registered trademarks overseas and 12 have established overseas warehouses, successfully getting rid of reliance on OEM. In addition, by holding hair product expositions and establishing an industrial joint meeting mechanism, the local government continuously enhances the brand influence of "Juancheng Human Hair".
